Pictures from No Gi Session Not a bad turnout, for a cold January night!

Lucio Sergio's No Gi Class

The last No Gi session with Lucio Sergio, was fantastic, it started with nice relaxed warm up that turned into an absolute attack on the abdominals ! Followed with some basic drills from mount, guard and side control.

We then moved on to chokes from side control and knee on belly, to a fantastic armbar-omoplata-mount combination that everyone has been trying since.

Next session will be on Thursday 21st of February all are welcome, dont miss it guys!!!!!!!!!!

Well done Robbo!

Congrats to Rob Bond, who was awarded two stripes on the old white belt last weekend from Lagarto; in addition a group photo from the new club in Bolton, only been going two weeks and lots of old students making a welcome return and a lot of enquiries about the club, so all looking positive!

Crouching Tiga Children's Grappling Event

Spent the weekend at Milton Keynes reporting on Ebe Ghansah's kids grappling event, making a report for Fighters and getting stuck in reffing, scoring and doing a demo match with Ebe's son! Ebe runs GB MK and is keen to promote more events for children to enter and the kids did their parents and instructors proud, great sportsmanship and some very slick moves for such a young age!
